Early Learning Scholars & Family Services, Inc. is a Quality Rated, non-profit 501(C)3 organization. We service children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We are proud to offer two locations on the north - and southeast ends of the multicultural Clarkston community, in DeKalb County GA.
